As Assistant Store Manager of the GUESS store, your mission is to provide a GUESS customer experience to all consumers. Together with your Store Manager and team, you show visitors the collections and implement the latest developments in the store.

Your core tasks are:

• Creating the GUESS customer experience

• Support the Store Manager

• Motivating your team members

• replenish the stock of the store

• Assist with VM activities

• Ensure a good atmosphere in the store

Requirements for the ASM:

• Relevant retail experience

• Background in sales

• Excellent customer service skills

• Positive mindset
