Currently, we have 5 stores in the Benelux and have grown to become one of the most successful concept formulas in the region.

As an assistant store manager, you are responsible for advising and selling to customers. Additionally, you are accountable for carrying out all tasks related to in-store sales and overseeing matters related to business operations and achieving set goals. You play a supportive and substitute role in relation to the store manager.

You are the 'right hand' of the store manager and act as their substitute in their absence. You support the store manager in daily activities, contribute to the profitability of a Björn Borg Store/Outlet, and actively participate in training, motivating, and informing the team.

Moreover, you are one of the key players in enhancing the brand and, through your enthusiasm, make a valuable addition to the team. You have passion, share our message, and possess a winning mentality.

What will you do?

• You ensure the execution of store administration and provide feedback to the headquarters.

• You ensure optimal receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• In the absence of the store manager, you are capable of taking on their tasks and actively contribute to training, motivating, directing, and coaching the team.

What do you bring?

You enjoy challenges to achieve set goals and possess good sales qualities. You have a strong sense of responsibility for the role and can carry that responsibility. You act independently, take initiatives, and prioritize effectively.

Additionally, you have the following:

• You don't have a 9:00 to 17:00 mentality and are willing to work on Sundays and holidays.

• You are ambitious, customer and service-oriented, and a true team player.

• You possess good commercial and communication skills.

• You have a strong sense of responsibility.

• You can prioritize effectively.

An organization where you grow!

We are an ambitious organization that sets clear goals and pursues performance management. The company culture is characterized by openness, a high sense of responsibility, short communication lines, a young dynamic and informal atmosphere where work is done with a lot of enthusiasm and energy.

What do you get?

• You can expect a competitive market salary with attractive secondary benefits.

• An appealing staff discount of 40%.

• At Björn Borg, you work in a dynamic and inspiring work environment where professionalism, team spirit, humor, and personal development play a significant role.
