Our brand-new Cosmetics Company Store in The Style Outlets Amsterdam, will be responsible for the promotion and sale of the various cosmetics products of The Estée Lauder Companies group.

To make the store a great success, we are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager who is willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of beauty advisors. With your leadership, coaching and business management skills, you will continually motivate and coach your team to exceed all client expectations and achieve all sales targets.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own store. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.

  • Proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced environment preferably within beauty 
  • We need a very strong communicator, managing the flow of information between the store, HQ and the European division, and making sure that the store and the team are always on the right track.
  • You have gained operational experience in a luxury independent store environment as a manager or assistant manager and are familiar with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a high performing creative sales team
  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events
  • Languages: Dutch and English
