As a store manager you are responsible for advising and selling to customers. In addition, you are responsible for performing all common activities in store sales and you are responsible for matters relating to business operations and realizing the set goals.
What are you going to do?
You support in achieving an optimal turnover result in accordance with the set goals and targets;
You focus on actively selling the existing range, this includes informing and advising customers, helping with trying on clothes, selling, paying for items, handling complaints and returning items;
You create optimal conditions for retail sales, this involves displaying and presenting articles in accordance with Björn Borg's guidelines, (re)arranging the range, closing the cash register, detecting cash register differences, administrative tasks and checking activities;
You are responsible for the execution of the branch administration and feedback to the head office;
You ensure optimal receipt, storage and dispatch of goods;
You are able to take over the duties of the store manager in his absence and therefore make an active contribution to training, motivating, managing and coaching the team.
